PC Starts up ok, desktop wallpaper shows, desktop menu comes up, stays on for 5 seconds then menu disappears but wallpaper still shows, menu then reappears for 5 seconds then disappears again. When I reboot my computer explore does not boot up right. If you get to the task menu w/ crt+alt+delete you can find where expolore.exe is at.
