How to fix NClean
This problem can be solved manually by deleting all registry keys and files connected with NClean, removing it from starup list and unregistering all corresponding DLLs. Additionally missing DLL's should be restored from distribution in case they are corrupted by NClean.

I deleted 2 Canon camera programs each identified as 3+ gigs of memory. I deleted these programs using the add or delete method on my control panel.
