I always clean and defrag my dad's laptop when he visits. This time afterwards he reported that polar golf, one of his favorites, is running jerky or sluggish. Any ideas what may have been removed to cause this.

all attempts to remove these items from computer failed. After using control panel & remove/change to remove these items, part of game & player program remove. Professional removal I paid for cannot remove this.
Fate The Traitor soul is 2.2.0.82 and WildTangent Games is 1.0.0.89. After attempting to remove, these programs there is a request for a disk, which we do not have. These were installed some time ago & we don't know if it was a download or disk installation. However, we are unable to remove these from the computer. Please advise.

Hello, I purchased two games from Wild Tangent and can no longer play them. Everytime we try to play them we get an error that pops up. This is what pops up for Penguins! Penguins! has encountered a problem and needs to close. Sometimes we get an runtime error. For Blackhawk we get a Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library error. It states Runtime error! This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way. Please contact the applications support team for more information. I did contact Wild Tangent for both games and they were not able to help me. They told me I needed to contact the company that provides my web security. They used to work and then suddenly they just stopped. I hope you are able to help me. Thank you.

I bought polar bowler on line and backed it up on a portable hard drive. when my comuter crashed I saved the updates that were on my hard drive on the computer before restoing my hard drive. Now polar bowler will not work or reinstall onto my computer. The only way I could play would be by playing the trial games untill the coins run out or repurchasing the full version again.The problem that caused the crash was a virus that bypassed the security software I was using.

The unintall games are still visiable after the uninstall process. Majority of the games are remove upon uninstalling and i no longer see them but others are still visiable.
