First let me tell you that I have no working computer at home on which to receive emails. I am using our shop laptop & they need it back, so I would need someone to call me at 626-912-4114 Tuesday 06/29/10 after 7am. This virus has blocked our access to everything, even the installation of Pareto Logic Driver Cure & our NOD32. We get: "ESET SysRescue (NOD32) Windows AIK is not installed or corrupt. Please install AIK build 6001 or newer & run the ESET SysRescue Wizard again". I still get my screen saver & icons but even solitaire says, 'Application Not Found'. My husband tried working on it in SAFE mode but with no luck. He paid someone to fix it & his only suggestion was to reformat it. At the Start up I can click on 'wehermans' & I get several 'subfiles?' where I can see our pictures, documents & even our 'Favorites' file. Yet when we try to access them we get: 'The item you selected is unavailable. It might have been moved, renamed or removed. Do you want to remove it from the list?' After turning on the computer we get numerous boxes saying Windows host process (Rundll32) has stopped working correctly.... We cannot access the internet at all. Please help, I am not real computer savvy, but very determined. Thanks!

ive disabled the program from having access to run, but i have no control over my PC anymore i cant get my taskmanager to run to end the processes nothing will delete it says that the program is being used any software ive attempted to run tells me "Windows can not access the specified device, path, or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item" it tells me this when running programs that worked before games ect, software to remove wont run, restore, cmd.exe I am completely locked out of my computer. Hi, i installed live security suite by accident. After i installed it, it started to tell me my computer was infected, which i knew it was'nt. But i decided to run Malwarebyte's anti-malware just incase and it removed any problems there was. I went into "add/remove programmes" to uninstall the "live security suite" and it wasn't there, so i decided to use malwarebyte's anti-malware tool to remove it but it wouldn't work. Now, malwarebyte's anti-malware won't even run. I cant even use the internet search engine to browse. Help please.
