This problem started about a week ago. I accidentally uninstalled a game and at first I thought that it, the uninstalling game was just taking its time to uninstall but it has been a week and two days since I uninstalled it. It is still uninstalling. The big problem is that when I am trying to download a game onto my Wild Tangent home page they all keep freezing up, and now that I am trying to close the window down it won't let me do that. The other problem is that whenever I am trying to play the game It Girl and it won't let me. It keeps going blank or white and I redo this and it still won't work. Please fix both of these problems. They are both getting on my nerves. Something needs to be done about this. I use to like this app and now that is happening I am starting to regret that I even have this app on my computer. I want this fixed and I mean fixed like in the next 24 hours. I am not trying to e disrespectful or hurt anyone it is just getting on my nerves, and I really truly wish to continue playing the games on this Wild Tangent page, so please fix this. PLEASE!!!!!!!! It also won't let me attach any of these problem files into the little box down below.

The reason why I am sending this email to you is because while I was removing some of the games on my game home page I accidentally clicked uninstall and it uninstalled but it took a long time to do so. At first I thought that it was just taking its time so I gave it a couple of days because it still wouldn't let me do anything. Today I got on an tried to play a game but it wouldn't let me. It was frozen and now I am trying to get it to close or exit it won't let me do anything and I mean anything. I am also writing to you about the It Girl game. I want to play it so bad but every single time I try to play it the screen goes all white. You need to fix both these problems. I love you games and everything but if this is how it is going to be every single time I try to play a game I will uninstall this per mentally. It is really getting on my nerves. Please fix these problems and I mean fix them now. I am not trying to be mean or anything but I really want to play some games but this uninstalling app thing is keeping me from doing so. It also won't let me attach suspicious files.

I have been trying to delete some wild tangent games off of my computer but a runtime error kept popping up. So I purchased Wild Tangent AIMWD Install Removal Tool and ran the scan. I still can't delete the wild tangent games off of my computer. When I try to play any game I have to download, I wait and wait and wait. After it finalizes, it goes to a blank screen where the title is and that is it. i recently purchased an antivirus and now my wildtangent player loads but the screen LHS is black with a line and the normal upload with new updates etc is on the RHS but i cant close the screen as all the icons are hiding and if i click to play a game the next screen does the same. I dont want to delete and reinstall my player in case i loose my wildtokens that i am in credit.
I tried updating the player but it says that internet isnt connected and to check my internet connection. What can i do to fix this?
