Problem Summary: Installation of Win-Spy

I am evaluating Win-Spy Pro before ordering the paid version and it may be that my problems are due to some restrictions in the trial version.
As requested.I have entered C:program files (x86)Nttsv in the AVAST , exception data base. but AVAST detects a threat when I try to install and quarantines the program. If I disable all AVAST shields then I can install and run the program. It continues to operate normally even if I then re-enable the AVAST shields. So, the first problem is how to persuade AVAST to live with this program.
The second problem is that when I close the computer it terminates Win-Spy and I have to reinstall the program again (without AVAST of course). Why will it not start automatically each time the computer starts.
All of this is on a notebook computer running Win8.1 with a selection of browsers. I would appreciate your help and have valid reasons for wanting to monitor another notebook - which also belongs to me. I do have access to the other W8.1 computer but have not yet tried to install W-S before solving the problems on my pc.

Problem Summary: test mail does not work

Hello, I wrote you because the "test mail" does not work and I can not uninstall the software win spy V20:
I click on "remote install" I Complete all the fields with my gmail email address. my parameter are:
SMTP SERVER: gmail
SERVER: smtp.gmail.com
PORT: 587
Then when I click on "TEST MAIL" and I verified my gmail inbox, there is nothing

I was also in "tools" then "options" and then "keylog emailer" and "Test Email" and I answer like: Winsock error 10060

I specify that i deactivated my antivirus (Avast)
I also tried with port 465 instead of 587

In an attempt to solve the problem I tried to uninstall the software using "uer.exe" but there is a window that opens on the desktop with a red cross and the message: "Invalid Picture"


I tried the method of uninstalling Ctrl - Shift - F12 and then pressing the uninstall button, but it does not work.

Gmail and hotmail now have features to view attached files online if you dont want to download, so my question is, will win-spy install on my girl friend's computer if she decides to view the remote install file i created instead of downloading the file the conventional way. I just bought Win-spy pro 11 and need to know if it will work in gmail and hotmail. Also, will the inbuilt antivirus scanner in gmail and hotmail detect it as a virus? I need to catch my girl friend with real evidence because I know she's cheating on me. Please help and fast too.

I installed the software on my computer. I deployed the file in the remote computer using memory stick. Everything was working when I was using both computers in the same room. As soon as I went on my trip I see that the remote computer is on line and when i try to connect I get this message "remote computer is behind fire wall or router" What can I do to fix this issue. My win spy remote viewer is not working its always says that user is behind a firewall or router (they have mentioned that it bypasses firewalls but still it doesnt) also its not installing silently as its giving multiple notifications when the remote file is clicked

Problem Summary: unable to view online contacts and keylogs

recently i purchased this software and installed but am unable to view online contacts when they are online,first day i was able to see and then i was not able to see the online contacts.Apart from that i am also unable to see the keylogs of the users after installing the file and also i am unable to create ppt and excel files so i request you to please solve the problem.

I purchased win-spy and at first it said in remote view that remote login- connected and now it doesn't because I reinstalled the app. I reinstalled it because that in remote view I couldn't get a user connected. It said user off line. I manually installed the remote file and it still doesn't work. So then I tried to test the email and it comes up with Winsock error 10060. My emails are either jkoleck@atlanticbb.net incomming: pop.atlanticbb.net(port110) outgoing: smtp.atlanticbb.net (port25) and also I have email at jkoleck@gmail.com. Don't know what to do!!!

Hi, I am the registered user of Win-Spy 9.9 Pro. I want to uninstall it from this computer. But it doesn’t work. When I press control-shift-F12, I get the Win-spy dialog box. I enter my ID and password and then press uninstall. The program terminates, but it’s still there next time I boot up the computer. I want to get rid of it **permanently**. How can I do it?
