Problem Summary: beeping from missing file while xp boots continuously

the file iw.exe for internet washer pro is missing but listed in msconfig on an xp sp3 gateway machine. When starting up there is a constant peeping (short but continuous) coming from the MB speaker but only when the OS starts...that is there is no beeping if i sit at the startup screen by pressing F8. When i disabled it in msconfig and rebooted the beeping stopped but i find no info on the internet about this.

I installed a trial for System and Internet Washer Pro, the free trial has epxired, but it still loads when I boot my computer up and at least partially deletes things like my HotMail login and password which I'd really rather have so I don't have to retype them in daily.
