I noticed my internet was slowing down exponetially and my computer also. I have AVG protection and that caught minor threats and dealt with them. I then installed malwarebytes because my computer was still having huge issues. Malewarebytes found the Svchost.exe virus. It quarantined the virus, but approx every 10 seconds the trojan recomes back up and and gets blocked again. Any help with this situation would be greatly appreciated! This is the file that malewarebites is continually blocking.

I'm sending this on my wife's computer because mine is useless! I'm sure my computer has the svchost.exe trojan virus but it has prevented me from downloading the "fix" from the internet. The virus will not allow me to connect with the internet. Taskmanager shows the svchost.exe is controlling my whole computer. How can I get a "fix" without going to the internet? I need help!!!!!

Long story short it's pretty much completely ruined all my programs, assumed administrator privileges and has Turned off my firewall as well as disconnected my Internet network connection... I've managed to start my computer in safe mode with the command prompt for I'm not sure what to do at this point. I cannot even get to my Internet to attach the file below I'm typing this from my phone With my laptop booted in safe mode

when i start up my system svchost is running hard, if i quickly open a program it may finally open as well as internet explorer, i looked at svc host and seems all processes running under that particlar svc host should be there, it just uses a lot of ram, then shortly after startup i can't open anything. windows update is not updating, says it is not running, system has not created a system restore in 3 months and will not allow me to create one, i ran cccleaner and it shows files to remove from the registry when i click fix,and run the scan again they are back, mostly norton files. Norton wants to clean my registry but comes back with error can't create restore point, so it fails. Help me. Do i have virus
Norton, malwarebytes and superanti-spyware finds nothing. Originally it found trojans and rootkits,after removal it says it finds no threats. I am still have system instability. after the host svc stops working everything of course locks up.
Also i get appcrashes, blue screen with 0x0000008e(0xc0000005,0x8248add1,0x8756b917, 0x00000000)

I am running Windows Vista Home premium 32 bit on Sony laptop
I want to upgrade to windows 7 but i feel these issues need to resolved first.

I've had svchost for a month now. I've used Malwarebytes Anti-Malware to try to get rid of it, AVG, and Avast. However, Avast did not even pick this trojan up. The thing is, Malwarebytes, no matter how many times I tell it to, does not delete this file. It's like the trojan has fooled my anti-viruses into thinking that it belongs there. I have the real svchost.exe in my systems32 folder.

This nasty trojan has been causing me blue screens at least five times a day. That, and I've noticed a slowing to my computer's speed. It's not drastic change, but I've still noticed. Recently, I've been gaining other viruses and trojans too, which I am actually taking care of right now. But this one's tricky.

I don't know if this is related, but ever since I've had this trojan, ReCaptcha has been working and not working on and off. So when I'm signing into a forum, I can't log in because I can't even see the letters I'm supposed to type! Could svchost have caused this?

Is it safe to delete this file? Or do I need to take some other action against it? Any help would be great, thanks!

Every time I ran Malwarebytes, because Mcafee won't pick up the trojan, Malwarebytes detects a trojan in svchost.exe and in the memory processes of svchost.exe. I have checked the names, and all of the files under svchost are spelled correctly. I have tried some other things, such as editing the registry, but it still persists. Every time it is removed by Malwarebytes, it is still there at startup.

upon start up the svchost will create a trojan (TROJ_ZACCESS.CQJ) i have run spy bot and ad aware but the problem persists my anti virus (trend) usually detects then requires a restart to remove, but as you restart you get the same problem so im wondering wether it'll be easier to reinstall windows or is there a solution for the problem i know a bit about computers but i dont know where to find the virus vault to send you the file unfortunately, i look forward to hearing from you.

ran netstat -ano on cmd and noticed svc host
established network with process id 1440
I check my network ports often and havent seen this before. how can i check if it's a trojan.
and how do i remove it from pc/ registry?
