Problem Summary: cant remove backdoor.graybird
i installed the removal exe in win 7 pro 64bit safe mode, and run the program... it found something, and after it asked the "user" key that o got in to my mail, it told directly that it has solved the problem away.... i really dont belive that yet, because when i start my compter to normal mode it still takes a lot of time to get internet connection... and my Norton internetsafety crashes everytime, when i try to scan all of my compyter.... sorry btw for my poo english..... the picture is taken from safe mode first scan....
