Here are the descriptions of problems connected with DirectCD and (*.*) we received earlier:

Problem Summary: Unable to copy files properly

I have been using DirectCD for years (as part of EasyCD Creator 5.3.5.10 Basic) to copy files to CD's and DVD's using either the Command Prompt xcopy command, or Windows Explorer. Recently, though, it no longer works properly. When I attempt to copy a file, it DOUBLES its size, and becomes unreadable. This problem only happens when attempting to copy to a CD or DVD. When copying to a jump drive there's no problem. Furthermore, all my other applications are able to copy to CD's and DVD's just fine. (For example, when burning a movie.)

I should add this problem arose just after installing an update to Norton 360. It may be just a coincidence, but . . . .

I don't want to remove DirectCD, just get it working again.

Problem was successfully solved. Ticket was closed.

Problem Summary: Varningsruta när datorn startas

" DirectCD orsakar instabilitet i Windows. Windows har hindrat dessa drivrutiner från att läsas in " Är det rätt att använda "Direct Removal tool" ? Inga andra problem kan uppstå ?
