Google Chrome

Go to the installation folder of Google Chrome: C:\Users\"your username"\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\Application\User Data.
In the User Data folder, look for a file named as Default and rename it to DefaultBackup.
Launch Google Chrome and a new clean Default file will be created.

Mozilla Firefox

Open Firefox
Go to Help > Troubleshooting Information in menu.
Click the Reset Firefox button.
After Firefox is done, it will show a window and create folder on the desktop. Click Finish.

Here are the descriptions of problems connected with DSSAgent and dssagent.exe we received earlier:

Problem Summary: dssagent using 100% of cpu --for 20 seconds then quite for 30 sec. then 100% over and over

When i check performance I see Cpu at 100%
Dssagent.exe at 80%
Epdevlst.exe at 2%
Epdevlst.exe at 5%
Taskmgr.exe at 2%

I enstalled an Epson XP 300 but the problem was before that install.

I installed the ".net " stuff a month ago and it is still on the machine. I gave up on the .Net so that could be removed.
