Problem Summary: I deleted it and...

When my computer turns on C:WINDOWSsystem32 opens. I wanted it to stop so with "run" i've opened "msconfig" and i saw "dumprep 0 -k" and i thought that if i delete it the system32 file opening on startup would stop. I went to system32 and shift-deleted it! A message appeared it's name is "Windows file Protection" and it says "Files that required for Windows to run properly have been replaced by unrecognized versions. To maintain system stability, Windows must restore the original versions of these files. Insert your Windows XP Professional Service Pack 2 CD now." and i don't have that CD now. I'm afraid that my Computer will crash or die and i have data on it that is really important and more importantly NOT MINE so i don't care about system32 popping up anymore, i just want this "dumprep 0 -k" thing back.
