Same problem as most of the others on this forum: while installing 3DStudio max 9 on my computer, when it gets to the part of the setup that installs Backburn, it aborts the installation saying it cannot continue while the program monitor.exe is running.
How can I install 3dStudio; do I have to get rid of this program, and how do I do this?
(Is this a virus, why has my brand new -and legally acquired- Panda antivirus not detected it?)
