Problem Summary: can't unistall. didn't download it in the first place.
So when the computer restarted, a popup to run the program showed up and would not go away. I've attempted to delete the registry keys and files and I don't know what else to do. It won't go away. If you continue clicking next and finish, you need a verification of purchase code to run the program. but we never downloaded it. if you click exit then, it goes away. but I cannot get it off the computer completely and I do not have the money to purchase the removal tool.
