I keep getting Svchost.exe errors that state one of the following two things...
1.
The instruction at "0x75e9bc06" referenced memory at "0x00000064" The memory could not be "read".

Click OK to terminate the program
Click on Cancel to debug.
When you click ok or cancel, the message simply continues to appear. Windows will operate around it, but several programs on the comptuer do not work properly. Among them Internet Explorer does not connect to the Internet, and the CD burner no longer functions.
Around the time the error emerged, CA Associates Etrust internet security suite software which had been removed over a year before, reappeared on the computer, along with Webroot Spy Sweeper, and Omni Pass, all of which had been removed several months prior. No uninstall files for those programs are present on the computer, though I was able to remove the Etrust Suite.
When the computer runs in safe mode with networking, I can access the Internet, and the error message does not appear, however I can only accomplish this on the "Administrator" name. I can not do this on any other user account on the computer. The other programs still appear, and they also crippled the antivirus I am currently using, though I was able to remove that from the computer as well. There should be no antivirus on the computer, but Windows seems to think something is still on there, and I cannot get into the Security features to verify what it thinks is there. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
