Problem Summary: Cannot remove I-Q manager trojan
I have the I-Q manager trojan that is a copyright scam and asks for payment or court case and doesn't let me log onto to that user. I have used many antispyware and antimalware services. I aquired a liscence code for the copyright screen and entered it, it then showed the background of that user but with no icons or right click and task manager is disabled. This also occurs in safe mode.
