Problem Summary: Start-up impossible; probably infected by a key generator

Hi,

I downloaded a key generator (can't remember which one, a Russian one) to make my OS (Windows 7 Ultimate) genuine. I installed the generator and asked it to forge a key. Then I got a dialog box telling me that it needs to restart the system. I stupidly clicked "yes" and now the computer can't start-up. That means, it starts up for approximately 5 seconds, I can hear the fan and see the HP logo, then shut's down again for 1 second, then tries to start-up again, and so on... With the logo, I have the opportunity to press 'esc' to access the start-up menu. I have run different tests, they are all ok. But when I exit that start-up menu, I'm back in the same old situation, the computer can't boot. I have downloaded your "solution program" on another computer. I'm thinking to copy it on a flash drive and try to boot the infected computer from there, but I'm not sure this is the right thing to do...
