Problem Summary: Logon with certain user takes approx 3-4 minutes, others baybe a minute

Login with one user takes a long time while others are immediate. Also logoff - saving settings takes up to 5 minutes while other log off are quick. After reading about the NvCplDaemon I deleted it out of the reg HKLM/Software/Microsoft/Currentversion/run and disabled it in the startup, but it returns in the reg after reboot and returns in the msconfig, showing the others as disabled.
