Problem Summary: When I start Personal Inspector, it does nothing
I use Personal Inspector to know what my children are doing on the Internet. First problem I have is AVG Free Antivirus deletes the hostsvr file every week when the scheduled analysis starts. I have to restore the hostsvr file to make it works again.
But since the last time, the hostsvr proccess is not running any more and if I try to run it clicking in hostsvr.exe it does nothing.
I tried to contact support department from Personal Inspector Website but I always get the message: "Sorry, following authentication error encountered: The administrator has chosen to approve accounts before they become active. An email will be sent to you when this account is activated." And the email never arrives.
