Same as above.

Problem Summary: Qagent.exe - application error just appeared

Doing some online studying and suddenly the window appeared: The instruction at "0x7c910cbd" referenced memory at "0x00000000". The memory could not be "read".

At the same time a 2nd window from Symantec appeared warning me to remove my instructional CD so it wouldn't get infected (can't remember the exact words). And then a Windows End Program box also appeared.

So I ran a quick virus scan and then closed everything down and restarted the computer. The Qagent error message returned. I haven't closed it - not sure whether to click OK to terminate or CANCEL to debug program.

Problem was successfully solved. Ticket was closed.
