Problem Summary: no logs being reported
No logs have been reported after half an hour of deploying, directly on pc (second license). Contacted support several times about it with no help at all from customer support.They give the run around. I used diagnostic test but works only on my pc(first license) 2nd pc was definately being used as I was with my grandchild and watched him using it. But when i went to check, there was nothing logged. Waste of money, as far as im concerned
