Problem Summary: After watching a show on crackle my computer will no longer boot up
I was on crackle two nights ago and then when I woke my computer from sleep the next day the show I was watching froze so I held down the power button to force shut down my computer. Now my computer will not boot up. After pressing the power button my computer brings up a black screen with the Lenovo logo and the computer never makes it any further than that. I have a Lenovo Ideapad Flex 15. Thank you in advance for any assistance you are able to provide me.
