Problem Summary: Can't run computer
One of our computers came up with Fake Microsoft Security and I can't do anything even in safe mode. How do I copy from my laptop the program suggested and run it on the other computer? The fake says hard drive has damage etc.I have the download saved as favorite on my laptop. I have blank CD but not sure if I download from my laptop what it will do to it
