I'm having the same problem below.
{When I'm not connected to the internet a window keeps popping up telling me I can view content saved to my computer if i select work offline. It continues to pop up no matter what. I don't want my children to know I'm monitoring them and I cant stay continuously connected to the internet. How do I stop this window from popping up?}
