Then if you fail to decline the offer it starts hidden installation. SpeedSave copies its file(s) to your hard disk. Its typical file name is speedsave.dll. Then it creates new startup key with name SpeedSave and value speedsave.dll. You can also find it in your processes list with name speedsave.dll or SpeedSave. How to remove SpeedSave manually

This problem can be solved manually by deleting all registry keys and files connected with SpeedSave, removing it from startup list and unregistering all corresponding DLLs. Additionally missing DLL's should be restored from distribution in case they are corrupted by SpeedSave.
