Problem Summary: security Sphere 2012 is infecting my computer
stopping from doing homework will not allow me to download or use microsoft 2010 program that I purchased. Keep turning off with out me doing so.Everything that I am doing will not let me open. Please help me to get rid of this problem, have too much homework that is due tomorrow. How does this happen without my permission. Not trying to purchase this product because I know its a scam and a hoax. Its want even allow me to remove anything from the computer.
