Problem Summary: SER-U put not working

I have a 3rd party server that I am trying to backup to a serv-U FTP server. I can manually FTP to the server and log in. I can even use the put command to manually send data to the Serv-U. When the process is automated via the server I want to backup from, it appears that the Serv-U has a problem with putting a 0 size file on the serv-U. Is there a setting that will override this put rejection on Serv-U?

Problem was successfully solved. Ticket was closed.

Problem Summary: Serv-U32.exe does not start in startup

Problem Summary: unable to connect to serv-U

I've been running serv-U 7.0 for several months now. Everything was fine until last week, now I can't connect. When running an open port tool on port 21 I get a timeout. I have turned my firewall off but it makes no difference. My ISP assures me that they are not blocking port 21. What else could it be?

Regards

Mark
