I cannot rollback WMP 11, nor can I reinstall it! I get the following message:
Error creating process . Reason: INDOWS\system32\advpack.dll
Also, when I try to run WMP I get the following error message:
The file wmplayer.exe has a version number of 10.0.0.3802 where 11.0.5721.5145 was expected, Windows Media Player is not installed properly and must be reinstalled.
Do you want to reinstall the Player from the Microsoft Web site?
If I click YES then it trys to reinstall and I get the first error message listed above.
