Problem Summary: Win32-Tenga Virus
My windows XP has been infected with the virus... And it infected files like Google Chrome and many others... Slows down the laptop... On a normal bootup it doesn't show any desktop icons or Taskbar, because I think it infected the Explorer.exe file. And I'm somehow able to get in safe mode but it works really slow... I downloaded setup files for the two softwares recommended for this virus that are "SpyHunter" and the "Win32TengaRemovalTool" I downloaded them on my phone and transfered it to the laptop but for spyhunter it says "spyhunter was unable to launch Windows installer" and asks me to reinstall windows installer... And the tengaremovaltool says the setup files are corrupt. I can't use Internet on the laptop because chrome or Internet Explorer won't work they say "webpage not available" for every website... I need help with this.
