Problem Summary: Most likely Backdoor.Ciadoor

None of my programs will open other than the internet (Mozilla Firefox) and the basic My Documents, ".. Computers," etc. I opened avast! earlier on, so it is in the process of scanning, but I can no longer open the various other protection software I currently have installed. When I went online to find out what to do, I found suggestions to delete certain files, disable System "something" and other stuff, but none worked for me because i could not open Windows Task Manager, nor "properties" for My Computer. Right now, my internet is the only thing properly working. Neither it nor my actual computer have slowed down. I cannot attach a file because I'm not positive of which it is, since i can't open Task Manager.
