Problem Summary: DNSChanger
I have been getting search engine redirects from results pages. The problem has also been blocking certain websites, causing the browser to give a cannot load error -- this happens in IE8 and Firefox.
I have run MBAM and it found 8 occurances of a Trojan.DNSChanger and claim to have removed them.
Web usage improved but it was clear the problem was not all gone. Still cannot load some websites; specifically Windows Update.
Reran the MBAM scan and it returned no infections.
Spyware Doctor and Norton do not find anything.
TDSSKiller does not find anything.
