All I know is a few weeks ago, I downloaded microsoft templates for Access invoice and Excel Invoice, and perhaps allowed something I should have not. Ever since this, computer has started up with black screen, won't come on for ages. At least this is around about the time the problem happened. Also one day on startup I pressed F2 to see what that was all about, it was running some kind of countdown, I didn't know what to do even though one option was to save and exit, I just closed it, perhaps I did something wrong then......clueless and not into computer problems and knowing how to fix anything!!
