After updating my Norton 360, symantec scanned and found the following low risk: adware.zangosearch and after doing a quick web search it doesn't sound good and I thought it could be the reason my computer acts possessed at times...lol. Anyhow I chose to delete/remove in which removal completed and my computer was restarted. A Norton 360 window popped up, did it's thing, then gave me notice of no internet connection. When I mannually click to check for Internet connections it dies not detect any at all, and normally detects multiple Internet connections in the area. My wireless LAN switch is in the on position. Neither land nor any wireless connections can be found. I find it odd this happens immediately after deleting the zangosearch file with Norton. Is there a known related problem like this and is there a way to fix it to the point that my computer can detect Internet connections again without the zangosearch adware?

Recently downloaded some tools from pctools.com, including a "trial version" of Spyware Doctor. Ran a scan, but unless I purchase the full version of Spyware Doctor it would not let me remove. Here's the results of scan "Zango Search Assistant" (threat") plus it detected "73 infections." I deleted Spyware Doctor (uninstalled) and ran my current software that comes with my cable company (CA associates) and it did not detect ANYTHING! How do I remove this Zango threat and "infections" if my current software doesn't detect? Thank you.
